First, a few words about the development of modern cosmetology. There are four main areas: 1. Hygienic – special hygiene measures for skin care. 2. Medical – massage, gymnastics, various masks, physiotherapeutic procedures. 3. Decorative – applies cosmetics to mask skin imperfections. 4. Aesthetic surgery – eliminates skin defects surgically. Gymnastics for the face (refers to the second direction) – a young area of ​​cosmetology, but has already shown its effectiveness. Gymnastics allows you to learn to control the muscles on your face, allows you to relieve their tension, teaches the art of relaxation. And, importantly, improves blood circulation. To feel the result, it is recommended to perform the exercises daily for 3 months. Also, gymnastics should be performed on a clean face, smeared with cream. So let’s get started. The first exercise is from wrinkles on the eyelids. Three fingers put over the eyebrows. Squeeze the skin, then pull up to the top, and at this time try to close the eyes. Repeat 4 times. The second exercise is from wrinkles around the eyes. Apply three middle fingers of both hands to wrinkles. Eyes tight. Open and close them very slowly. Repeat 3 times. The third exercise is from wrinkles near the mouth. Say “A” or “O” immediately one after another, stretching the sound. Repeat 10 times. Exercise Four – from a double chin. Head tilt back. Chin push forward. Raise the lower lip upwards, trying to cover the upper lip with it. The muscles under the chin should strain. Repeat 3-4 times. Exercise Fifth – from wrinkles on the forehead. Place both hands on the forehead, press firmly and pull the skin upwards. In this position, try to close your eyes. Repeat 3 times. Exercise sixth – from wrinkles on the neck. Performed sitting. Bend your head to the right shoulder, then pull back, lower the head to the left shoulder, sharply lower the head forward on the chest. Repeat 3 times. Then do the exercise from left to right and also repeat 3 times. We now turn to massage. To eliminate wrinkles around the mouth, the following points should be massaged with the tips of the index fingers 2 times a day: 1. Near the nostrils (on both sides). 2. Upper lip at the base of the nose. 3. In the middle of the upper lip. 4. At the corners of the mouth. 5. In the middle under the chin. Massage each point for 2−3 minutes. And finally – facial massage in Japanese. “Shiatsu” is the name given in Japan to daily massage of the face of a woman who aspires to preserve her skin. Massage is performed every day for 5 minutes, in the morning or in the evening. 1. Find a point on the temples, pressing on which you are experiencing pain. With your fingertips, make circular movements from the base of the nose to the temples. Repeat 3 times. 2. Press with your fingertips for 3 seconds on the inner corner of the eyes. Run 3 times. This exercise will give shine to your eyes. 3. With the back of your palms, massage and stroke the neck from the middle to the side and back. 4. Within 30 seconds, hold your hand, pressing, from the middle of the forehead to the edge of the hair near the temple. 5. Using the tips of your thumb and forefinger, massage the corners of your mouth for 30 seconds (start from the middle under the lower lip, then move up to the edge of the corners of the lips. 6.
