The easiest way to cleanse – steam bath. For normal skin, five minutes is enough for the pores to open well. Steam treatment can be done for any type of skin, although there are contraindications: a tendency to redden the face, dilated blood vessels, inflamed acne. It is recommended that people with bronchial asthma, circulatory disorders, and disease be abandoned by steam procedures.
When carrying out steam baths, you can use medicinal herbs: rosemary, white yarrow, wormwood. They improve blood circulation and refresh the skin. If steam baths are contraindicated, you can clean your face with saline. To prepare it, you need to take 2 tablespoons of shaving cream, half a teaspoon of soda and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and apply on the skin. Gently, along the massage lines, rub this mass into the skin of the face and rinse with cool water. Even better properties have a cleansing mixture of oatmeal and whipped protein. How to make a face mask? It is necessary to whip the protein and add the oatmeal to obtain a slurry, which has the consistency of thick cream. Care for normal skin is not difficult. It is necessary to put a mask with a thin layer on the face and let it dry. Then lean over the bath and shake off the mask from the skin, then wash with cool water. If the face has comedones, then you can wipe these places with a swab dipped in lemon juice. If desired, you can rub your face with an alcohol-containing tonic. After cleansing the skin must be fed. For this, a mask of cottage cheese, milk, olive oil and carrot juice will do. Mix ingredients in the ratio of 1 to 1 and apply for 20 minutes on the skin of the face.
