How to make cosmetic ice?

The use of ice for cosmetic purposes is undoubtedly beneficial. Firstly, the ice will help you to cheer up and get rid of your morning sleep, secondly, it is an excellent means for rejuvenating your skin, and thirdly, you can choose ice that is appropriate for your skin type.
The ice is easy to prepare, and the washing procedure takes only a few seconds. Short-term cooling of the skin promotes blood flow and improves metabolism, the pores narrow, the skin becomes more elastic, a natural glow appears. Washing with an ice cube is useful 1-2 times a day; you can wipe not only your face, but also your neck and decollete area. We perform the procedure quickly, barely touching the face and not holding the ice for a long time in one place. After washing it is better to leave the skin moist to absorb nutrients. Here are a few simple recipes for making cosmetic ice for your face; you can choose the most suitable ones for yourself. It is advisable to alternate between different solutions and not to store the prepared ice for more than three to seven days, depending on the composition.
Ice from mineral water is the easiest option for cosmetic procedures, pour mineral water into gas molds and freeze them. Ice from green tea is made from strong infusion of green tea, it is a tonic for the care of the face with any skin type. Ice with aloe juice – to prepare this composition, mix half a glass of sage infusion and 2–3 tablespoons of aloe juice. It is better to squeeze out the leaves, which have lain in the refrigerator for 11 days, then the healing properties of the plant will increase. Aloe juice is useful for treating acne and relieving skin irritation. Ice with lemon juice – squeeze half a lemon into a glass of boiled water. This composition rejuvenates the skin.
Ice from the broth of the celandine – brew a decoction of a couple of packets of grass into a glass of boiling water, this ice cleans the skin from acne. Can be used to make decoctions of other herbs, such as sage or chamomile. Rice Broth Ice – Boil a handful of washed rice in plenty of water until it is fully boiled. Then strain the broth and freeze the liquid. This ice retains its useful qualities only for three days. Suitable for skin prone to pigmented spots. Ice watermelon juice – wipe the face with frozen watermelon juice and leave for 15 minutes, then wash with cold water. This procedure tones and refreshes the skin. Ice from the decoction of bay leaves – closes the pores, so it is recommended after cleaning the face at home. Soothes, removes redness. You can freeze the grapefruit slices, peeled from the films, and wipe their face with them! After ten minutes, you need to wash with water and apply the cream that you usually use. Grapefruit juice is considered effective for skin whitening.
